TRADE SHOWS
Below are a few examples of the tradeshows I have managed. Tradeshow management involved liaison with sales, engineering and management to agree and co-ordinate messaging, graphics, equipment and demonstrations. I had full responsibilities for budget, design, content, messaging, stand rota/management and pre/post show promotion and prospect communication. On many occasions a tradeshow has been part of an ongoing campaign.

Interop Paris - 1995

This was a very quick, low cost show for N.E.T. that reaped rewards. The stand demonstrated the main product feature in the middle with 4 pods demonstrating the product functionality. Screens with rolling powerpoint presentations can be seen set within each pod. Not shown in the photograph is a raised level seating area with Corporate video presentation.

The stand was rebuilt for TMA UK one month later.

TMA 1996

This stand was build to an Art Gallery Theme. A lot of work was done with customers to allow us to generate the large pictures which depict their company and the solution N.E.T. provided. Each solution covered a key product within the market at that time. Network graphics of the solutions were depicted as artists rough sketches. The fulfilment was corresponding case studies. The design company and I had great fun with this project!

Networks Show, NEC 1997

The design was to reflect the recently re-branded corporate image of Chernikeeff All design elements could be found on the front cover of the newly created Corporate Brochure. I also created a corporate video, which is displayed at the front of the stand.

The Theme was "Building on Experience" to create awareness of the expertise and experience of Chernikeeff staff from consultancy through to installation and ongoing maintenance. The aim was to eliminate the belief that Integrators only shift boxes.

Networks Show, NEC 1998

The theme was "Real Networks.." which was an integrated campaign for the year. Other elements of this campaign can be seen within this portfolio.

The booth contained demonstrations of Chernikeeff Network Solutions, rather than static boxes of equipment. This was to build on the 1997 messaging that Chernikeeff has more to offer than just supplying boxes of equipment.

Network Telecom Show 2001

This was the Extreme Networks booth. I project managed the whole show for them including messaging, liaison with booth designers, briefing internal staff, invitation and booth management. The booth messaging was changed for the first time from technical to business benefit - Consistency & Simplicity / Lower Network Ownership costs.
